The Vital Few - A Systematic Approach to Identify Work Priorities
The Vital Few™ focuses on creating customer value and delivering meaningful impact. The day is designed for leaders, and ideally their team of 2-3 people, to explore eight key components through a case study using interactive exercises and to apply it to something they want to improve, leaving with an assembled "scorecard" in hand. This workshop comes highly recommended from fellow state Baldrige programs and is facilitated by Mike Gratz, Managing Director and Partner of MiPro.
